- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and deep-cleaning surfaces
- Maintain pristine conditions in public areas, lobbies, and restrooms throughout the night
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and supply inventory needs promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols and company cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with overnight team members to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping or cleaning experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Availability to work overnight shifts (typically 11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic English communication skills
