Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms and suites, including making beds, dusting, and vacuuming all surfaces.
- Restock guest amenities and ensure bathrooms are spotless and sanitized.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners in guest rooms and public areas throughout the night.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or security concerns to the Housekeeping Manager immediately.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols, including proper key control and emergency procedures.
- Maintain a high standard of personal grooming and professional appearance at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous housekeeping experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
