Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas in accordance with strict quality standards.
- Strip and make beds, ensuring linens are crisp, clean, and perfectly arranged.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, soap, and coffee supplies in guest rooms and public spaces.
- Maintain a safe and hazard-free environment by promptly reporting maintenance issues and following safety protocols.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure a welcoming atmosphere throughout the night shift.
- Adhere to all company policies, including uniform codes and timekeeping regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during the night shift.
- Physically fit with the stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in cleanliness.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, customer-service-oriented attitude.
