Responsibilities
- Execute Deep Cleaning: Perform thorough dusting, vacuuming, and mopping of floors and surfaces in guest rooms, offices, and common areas.
- Bathroom Sanitation: Scrub toilets, sinks, showers, and tiles to ensure they are pristine and sanitized.
- Bedding & Linens: Strip beds, wash and fold linens, and make beds using hotel-standard techniques.
- Trash Management: Empty trash cans and replace liners throughout the facility.
- Restocking: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and amenities as needed.
- Inspection: Conduct final walkthroughs to ensure all areas meet our quality assurance standards.
- Equipment Care: Properly handle and clean all cleaning equipment and machinery.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or hospitality is highly preferred.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable for night shift hours.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on cleanliness and the ability to follow specific checklists.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills for reporting issues.
