Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors during the night shift.
- Restock linens, towels, and amenities in guest rooms and public areas to exact brand standards.
- Respond promptly to overnight guest requests and report any maintenance issues to the night manager.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained, sanitized, and stored safely after each shift.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines, including proper chemical handling protocols.
- Maintain accurate logs of rooms cleaned and tasks completed throughout the shift.
- Assist with periodic deep cleaning projects as scheduled by the Executive Housekeeper.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Housekeeper or Room Attendant in a hotel or luxury hospitality setting.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during overnight hours (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining premium cleanliness standards.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, guest-oriented demeanor.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required by the hotel's operational needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
