- Collaborate with front desk and valet teams for seamless guest service
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of local events and seasonal offerings
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year luxury hospitality or concierge experience
- Exceptional communication and multilingual abilities (Spanish/English required)
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
