Responsibilities
- Guest check-in/check-out procedures with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservation systems and handle billing inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Resolve guest complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Provide local area recommendations and assistance
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months customer service or hospitality experience
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and transportation
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Valid California driver's license preferred
