Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using OPERA property management system
- Manage reservations and room assignments with precision
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues proactively
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Upsell hotel amenities and local attractions
- Maintain a pristine front desk environment
Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in reservation systems (PMS preferred)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid NC driver's license (for occasional errands)
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic computer literacy with MS Office Suite
