- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Utilize PMS software (Opera) for real-time room status updates

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality certification preferred)
- 6+ months customer service experience in hotel/hospitality
- Proficiency with reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Orlando attractions and transportation
- Valid Florida driver's license (for occasional errands)
