Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out procedures using Opera property management system
- Handle reservation modifications, cancellations, and room assignments with precision
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash drawer reconciliation
- Resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining brand standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for guest requests
- Utilize yield management techniques to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Uphold safety protocols and emergency response procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera, Delphi)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic mathematical aptitude for financial transactions
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Indiana driver's license preferred
