- Manage room reservations, inventory, and billing systems with precision
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly using problem-solving protocols
- Collaborate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial documentation
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or luxury customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills in English; multilingual abilities preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid New York State hospitality certification (e.g., Food Protection/ServSafe)
