We are seeking a friendly and professional Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join the Hilton Charlotte team. As the face of our hotel, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring their stay is seamless from check-in to check-out.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, verifying identification and processing payments accurately.
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly, responding to inquiries regarding reservations, amenities, and directions.
- Manage room assignments and resolve guest complaints or special requests in a professional manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist with baggage handling and valet coordination when needed.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and brand standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems (e.g., Opera, Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure during peak check-in times.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
