Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using Opera PMS
- Handle reservation modifications and cancellations with precision
- Resolve guest complaints with empathy and solution-oriented mindset
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Act as local tourism resource for guests
- Maintain security protocols for guest data and keys
Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (evenings/weekends required)
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Basic knowledge of Phoenix attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Multilingual abilities (Spanish highly valued)
