Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Process reservations and guest check-ins efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Communication: Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with a polite and solution-oriented approach.
- Lobby Management: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, lobby, and common spaces.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with directions, recommendations, and resolving any issues or complaints promptly.
- Administrative Tasks: Support the team with filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate guest records.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous front desk or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Skills: Proficiency with computers and basic software applications (Microsoft Office).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as needed.
- Professionalism: A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
