Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized check-in/check-out experiences using Opera PMS
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency
- Process payments and maintain accurate reservation records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Promote hotel amenities and upsell premium services
- Maintain security protocols for guest safety
- Collaborate with concierge team for local recommendations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in hospitality
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera, Delos)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Basic knowledge of Boston attractions and transportation
