Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using hotel management systems
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide personalized recommendations
- Process payments, manage cash drawers, and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Market hotel amenities and upsell services to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain security protocols and safeguard guest confidentiality
- Assist with event coordination and group reservation management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera or similar)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Charlotte area attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
