Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining accurate reservation records
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and local area expertise
- Process payments and manage cash drawer operations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Uphold brand standards through attentive service and problem-solving
- Utilize property management systems (Opera/PMS) effectively
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling during peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with reservation systems and basic MS Office
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid California driver's license (for valet duties)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Spanish bilingual preferred
