Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using hotel management software
- Handle reservation inquiries and modifications with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Act as local expert recommending Phoenix attractions and dining
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk area
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Arizona driver's license may be required for errands
