Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures with efficiency and warmth
- Handle reservation inquiries and modify bookings using Opera property management system
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and coordinate with housekeeping/ maintenance teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Provide local recommendations for attractions, dining, and events
- Operate switchboard for multi-line telephone communications
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous room status tracking
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Tucson tourism landscape
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for occasional errands)
- Spanish fluency strongly preferred
