Responsibilities
- Manage seamless check-in/check-out processes for high-volume guests
- Resolve guest inquiries and service requests with personalized solutions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for flawless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate reservation records
- Upsell premium amenities and local experiences
- Maintain pristine front desk appearance
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with Opera property management system
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Washington State Food Handler's card preferred
- Ability to stand 8+ hours daily
