Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with warm professionalism
- Manage reservation systems, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Address guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Utilize PMS software (Opera) efficiently for daily operations
- Act as brand ambassador by promoting hotel services and local attractions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or customer service experience in hospitality
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, RoomKey)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Massachusetts hospitality alcohol certification preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
