Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with precision and warmth
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly
- Process reservations and maintain accurate room status updates
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Execute billing transactions and manage cash handling procedures
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous property inspections
- Utilize PMS software to optimize occupancy and revenue opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar PMS systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/holidays
- Valid North Carolina Food Handler's certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail with multitasking capabilities
- Professional appearance and warm, approachable demeanor
- Basic knowledge of Charlotte attractions and transportation
