- Check guests in/out efficiently using our property management system
- Manage reservations and room assignments with precision
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Upsell hotel amenities and services
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications
- Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera)
- Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
- Basic computer literacy and cash handling skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
