Responsibilities
- Manage seamless check-in/check-out procedures for hotel guests
- Process reservations and room assignments using Opera property management system
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with exceptional service
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate billing records
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and communication
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Indianapolis attractions and transportation
