You'll be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering exceptional hospitality while managing check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries. Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional check-in/check-out experiences for guests
- Manage reservations and room assignments efficiently
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades and amenities
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification a plus
- 1+ years customer service or front desk experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and transportation
- Valid California driver's license (if required for local errands)
