- Resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining brand standards
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions securely
- Uphold strict cleanliness and safety protocols at the reception area
Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (OPERA training provided)
