- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with exceptional service recovery techniques
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure operational excellence
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures with precision
- Proactively upsell resort amenities and special packages to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservation details
- Support concierge services with local attraction recommendations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with PMS systems (Opera, Fidelio) preferred
