Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/out procedures using Opera PMS
- Handle guest inquiries with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Upsell room upgrades and hotel amenities
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Execute emergency response protocols when needed
Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with reservation systems (Opera PMS preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of Portland attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Oregon driver's license preferred
