Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through check-in/out processes and personalized recommendations
- Manage reservations and room assignments using Opera property management system
- Handle billing inquiries and payment processing with precision
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest requests
- Execute upselling strategies for premium rooms and amenities
- Maintain accurate guest records and confidential information
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera, FOSSE)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible evenings/weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Basic knowledge of Raleigh attractions and local dining
- High school diploma or equivalent required
