Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using Opera property management system
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness
- Provide personalized recommendations for New Orleans attractions, dining, and events
- Monitor security protocols and manage lost-and-found items
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in hotel or tourism industry
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera, Sabre, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and multilingual abilities a plus
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Louisiana driver's license and reliable transportation
