Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes while maintaining accuracy in reservation systems
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with exceptional service and prompt resolution
- Process payments, manage cash operations, and ensure financial accuracy
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and dining teams to fulfill guest requests
- Uphold strict brand standards for cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence
- Utilize hotel management software (Opera, etc.) for reservations and reporting
- Assist with luggage handling, valet services, and local area recommendations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong computer proficiency with ability to learn hotel management systems
- Excellent communication skills with ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for flexible scheduling
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Professional appearance and demeanor representing luxury brand standards
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of Kansas City attractions and transportation a plus
