Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations efficiently, including check-ins and check-outs.
- Greet visitors, clients, and employees with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Answer and route incoming calls, taking detailed messages when necessary.
- Sort and distribute mail and packages to respective departments.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
