Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations efficiently, including check-ins, check-outs, and lobby management.
- Greet guests with a warm, welcoming demeanor and assist with inquiries or special requests.
- Handle telephone inquiries and internal communications professionally.
- Process payments accurately and maintain up-to-date guest profiles in the property management system.
- Assist with concierge services, including recommendations for local dining and attractions in NYC.
- Maintain a pristine and welcoming lobby environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
