Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Manage the front desk area, including mail distribution, package handling, and lobby organization.
- Provide directions, local recommendations, and information to guests to enhance their stay.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to address guest requests promptly.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or reception is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
