Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests warmly upon arrival and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Managing incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency.
- Providing accurate information about local attractions, dining, and transportation options.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception area, and common spaces.
- Resolving guest inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Assisting with concierge services, including luggage handling and valet coordination.
- Processing payments and managing cash registers with strict accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Hospitality or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) such as Opera or similar software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
