Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency.
- Answer guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and hotel services.
- Maintain a pristine lobby area and assist with front desk administrative tasks.
- Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous hospitality experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-first attitude.
