Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner upon arrival.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries with courtesy and efficiency.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and security protocols are followed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Perform basic administrative duties, including data entry and filing.
- Provide accurate information regarding local attractions, services, and amenities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
