Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional check-in/check-out service using Opera property management system
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience
- Maintain a clean, organized lobby and front desk area
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling as needed
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency with MS Office and PMS systems
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (for valet duties)
