- Provide exceptional front desk service including check-in/out, guest inquiries, and reservation management
- Process payments, manage billing discrepancies, and handle cash transactions accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Utilize hotel management systems to update guest preferences and maintain accurate records
- Resolve guest complaints promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
