Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using hotel management systems
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Process payments and manage billing transactions accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for guest requests
- Uphold strict brand standards and safety protocols
- Assist with VIP guest services and special arrangements
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient in computer reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Valid NV gaming work card (or ability to obtain)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
