Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Operate property management systems (Opera, Cloudbeds) accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for guest requests
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Act as local Nashville ambassador recommending attractions and dining
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Proficient in property management software (Opera, Cloudbeds, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Tennessee hospitality certification a plus
- Basic knowledge of Nashville tourism landscape
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
