Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with warm professionalism
- Manage reservations and room assignments using Opera property management system
- Handle guest inquiries with prompt, solutions-oriented communication
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Upsell room upgrades and hotel amenities to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain pristine front desk appearance and inventory of supplies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Proficiency with hotel property management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and payment processing
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass pre-employment background check
