Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk services including check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction
- Process payments, manage billing discrepancies, and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, valet, and other departments for seamless guest experiences
- Operate property management systems and maintain security protocols
- Assist with special events and VIP guest accommodations
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction
- High school diploma or equivalent required
