Responsibilities
- Provide warm, personalized check-in/check-out experiences using PMS systems
- Manage reservations, handle billing inquiries, and resolve guest concerns
- Process payments accurately and maintain secure cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping, valet, and dining departments
- Upsell hotel amenities and local attractions
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in hospitality or retail
- Proficiency with Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar property management systems
- Strong communication skills and multilingual abilities (Spanish a plus)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
