Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and general hotel information to enhance their stay.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby spaces to uphold our high standards of presentation.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and culinary teams to ensure guest needs are met efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems with accuracy.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues diplomatically, escalating complex matters to the management team as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computers and basic office software.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
