Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression upon arrival.
- Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain the lobby and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, verifying guest information.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs efficiently.
- Handle luggage storage and valet services with care and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or the hotel industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and property management systems.
