About the Role:
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, managing reservations, and assisting with front desk operations. If you have a "can-do" attitude and love connecting with people, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival with a smile and professional demeanor.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, including handling credit cards and luggage.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly and courteously.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and public spaces.
- Handle guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation.
- Assist in coordinating room service and housekeeping requests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and reservation systems.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to handle cash transactions accurately.
