Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding services, local attractions, and hotel amenities.
- Assist with front desk operations, including handling payments, processing folios, and managing room keys.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrivals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
