You will be responsible for managing the front desk operations during our peak hours, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, and providing exceptional concierge services to our patrons. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
- Manage the front desk operations, including efficient check-in and check-out procedures using hotel PMS software.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Assist with luggage handling and valet services as needed.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and cleanliness standards.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails with courtesy and efficiency.
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight (up to 25 lbs).
- Valid driver's license preferred.
