Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk services including check-in/check-out, guest inquiries, and reservation management
- Manage daily room inventory and coordinate with housekeeping for optimal turnover
- Process payments accurately and maintain financial transaction records
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Operate hotel systems (PMS, POS) and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with dining and event teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or hospitality experience
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Basic math and cash handling skills
